Providing Client Intake and Records Management Consulting to the Legal Industry

Testimonials

InOutsource was introduced to us by our firm’s malpractice insurance carrier, and it didn’t take long to know why they were so highly recommended. Nancy and her team’s unparalleled knowledge and expertise have been invaluable as they’ve helped in updating our firm’s governance and retention policies. Leveraging their experience and relationships, InOutsource also successfully renegotiated our off-site records storage contracts. Between the more favorable contract terms and pricing secured and the improvements recommended to our internal operations, InOutsource is responsible for our firm achieving significant cost savings and greater efficiency. We are also in a stronger position with respect to risk management as a result of our new governance policy, which we would not have been able to accomplish without their help. I highly recommend InOutsource for both their expertise and their dedication to client satisfaction. — Maria Casas, Operations Manager, Best Best & Krieger LLP

InOutsource Supports Green Records Management Practices

Backing up support with contribution to Plant a Billion Trees campaign

Thorofare, NJ – August 25, 2008 –InOutsource, a leading provider of records retention and information management consulting to law firms, announced today that it is promoting green records management practices for all of its clients and other professionals in the legal field. To kick off the campaign, which launches today at the International Legal Technology Association’s Educational Conference in Dallas, InOutsource is introducing their top ten recommendations for making records management practices more ecologically friendly. Each person who stops by their booth on the tradeshow floor will receive the top ten tips for Environmentally Responsible Records Management. In turn, for each person who stops by, InOutsource will donate $1 toward the Nature Conservancy’s Plant a Billion Trees campaign.

“There is a direct correlation between implementing best practices for managing client files and reducing the amount of consumables used in a law office,” said Nancy Beauchemin, President of InOutsource. “While helping our clients manage information, we also are training and encouraging them to focus on reducing paper files, reusing binders and other items that get less wear, and recycling wherever they can. But we don’t want this message to stop at our current clients, we want more people in the legal industry to be aware and make changes.”
