Providing Client Intake and Records Management Consulting to the Legal Industry

In 2007, Holland & Knight selected InOutsource as our records management consultants for multiple reasons. Because InOutsource is legal industry-focused, they brought knowledge and experience gained by working with other law firms. They were not interested in merely making recommendations or creating written policies, but rolled up their sleeves with us to create processes that would make it possible to apply the policies we adopted. Most importantly, they approached records management in a holistic manner. InOutsource saw how our records program touched numerous aspects of firm administration and client representations, and possessed extensive knowledge, understanding, and abilities in the disciplines necessary to move the project forward. I would recommend without hesitation InOutsource to any law firm looking for expertise in records management and information governance. — Crystal J. Adkins, Associate General Counsel, Holland & Knight LLP
