Who we are

The InOutsource team includes seasoned attorneys, technologists, and policy experts. Many of our consultants have worked in-house at law firms and consulting firms, bringing great experience and insight.

Our team also includes entry- and associate-level contributors. We know that people in the early stages of their careers also have important perspectives to share and contributions to make. That’s why we focus on creating an environment that encourages collaboration, empowers action, and supports career growth and advancement.

How we work

We listen carefully to our clients, working to deeply understand their environment, issues, and objectives. We then draw on our collective understanding of industry trends, proven best practices, and our firsthand experience to advise them on their options. 

Often, we then design and implement tailored solutions — which could be any mix of new policies, new training, new software, or new analytics reports — to help them achieve real-world results. (And then it’s on to their next challenge.)

Where we work

We are proud to provide a remote friendly and flexible work environment, including geographic choice within the United States for most roles.

Headquartered in Philadelphia, our team is distributed across the country.

While many of our colleagues work from home, we regularly invest in connecting in person. InOutsource offers staff travel opportunities including visiting clients, attending industry events and conferences, and coming together at our annual team offsite.

And for those local to the home office, there are always friendly faces in the house to co-work and connect with in person!

Speedy Screening
When you apply, our talent acquisition lead will review your resume. If it feels like a potential fit, we'll arrange a brief 20-minute video call to talk more.


During that discussion, you can share more about your interest, your experience, and ask questions about the role and InOutsource in general.


Interviews
If you're selected to move forward, we'll arrange interviews. We want the interview process to be thorough, but also efficient. (We've all been there.)


Candidates typically have interviews with their hiring manager (~30 minutes), a staff colleague or technical interview (~1 hour), and a final interview (~30 minutes). Depending on the role, you may also be asked to briefly meet the leadership team of the company.


Interviews typically review your qualifications for the role, explore your technical aptitude and skills, and recap your work history and key past professional experiences relevant to the role.

Reference Checks
Before moving forward to the offer stage, we typically require candidates to submit a minimum of three professional references.
The Offer
If you're selected for the position, our talent acquisition lead will reach out with more details. Once you sign the offer, we'll move on to onboarding and welcome you officially to the InOutsource team!
