InOutsource was founded in 2002 to provide law firms with the insights and outcomes they are looking for.
Our expertise spans many disciplines, including information governance, law firm risk management, and data analytics.
Our team includes attorneys, technologists, and policy experts — with significant in-house experience and a track record working with over 100 firms.
Industry veteran Nancy Beauchemin founded InOutsource in 2000 with a mission to help law firms implement new levels of insight, control, and capability in areas including; analytics, process automation, information governance, risk management, client intake, and cost management.
Over the past two decades, she’s worked with over 150 firms, collaborating with cross-functional leaders in IT, Marketing, Business Development, Knowledge Management, Finance, and Risk to improve internal policies, streamline operational processes, and deploy software solutions tailored to their organization’s specific needs and objectives.
Nancy presents and writes regularly on topics including information governance, change management, and compliance.
Eric Mosca, CRM, director of operations for InOutsource, has decades of experience in new business intake, conflicts of interest, and information management consultation. Specifically, he conducts comprehensive analyses of new business intake, conflicts, and records operations; develops policies and procedures; assists with documenting business and technology requirements and system selection; provides software development, implementation and testing; and oversees staffing solutions and vendor relationships.
Eric Mosca has been designated as a Certified Records Manager and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Temple University. He frequently speaks about the technology and processes surrounding client intake workflow, conflicts and records management. He is also a frequent contributor to well-known legal publications and a presenter at the International Legal Technology Association’s annual conference.
Allen brings over 20 years of professional experience using a wide variety of technologies to InOutsource.
He spent almost 10 of those years at major Philadelphia-based law firms in different roles, including a developer, senior systems engineer, and manager of a team of developers.
He has extensive experience routing data from disparate systems both on- and off-premises using proven, performant techniques and methodologies. He has skills and experience creating processes using combinations of SQL and Intapp Integrate, consuming and manipulating data stored in databases, JSON and XML formats or directly from web/cloud services.
Dave brings together a super-group of project managers, subject matter experts, and technologists as the strongest implementation team devoted to information governance software in the Legal industry: the Information Governance Systems Group.
He started his career at InOutsource in 2011, doing hands-on records management and information governance work, pushing dirty boxes down rows of dark dusty file rooms, researching obscure data sources and begging attorneys to get rid of ancient files. Since he knows the day-to-day struggle of working in an outdated records management system (RMS) firsthand, he’s made a career of implementing modern systems like FileTrail. As law firms increasingly focus on reducing cost and risk through executing on retention, Dave is the man to call to get the job done. He’s successfully deployed retention programs at large law firms and knows it’s a lot more complicated than simply throwing boxes in the shredder. The real work is building the list of eligible materials and gaining necessary approvals – a process Dave can help you automate. Physical and electronic data lives in every nook and cranny in the firm; Dave can help you locate and unify your data into one central repository with sufficient details to drive retention decisions.
Dave doesn’t want customers, he wants partners. While he has been in your shoes before, there is always something new to learn from every client project. Let Dave share with you the lessons learned and collected from the 50+ law firms (and counting!) he has consulted with throughout his career.

Antwan realizes that everyone has an opinion, but when it comes to Legal Technology, there isn’t always a clear right or wrong way to do something. But there is always a better way.
With over 20 years of development experience and half of that spent in the legal technology space, Antwan will help your project team achieve that “better way” in an uncomplicated and approachable manner.
His signature is designing and development data migrations integrations using a straightforward approach in order to implement a minimally painless process.
In his time at a top law firm in Philadelphia, he’s been right where you are: stuck on a long project with a vendor, where everything presented is complicated.
Now that Antwan is on the other side of the fence, he aims to offer solutions in a clear, straightforward way, and leave you with clean code that can be easily maintained when the project is complete.
When your project is over, you can find Antwan trying to break 80 on the golf course, which has actually proven to be… complicated.

A seasoned Information Governance expert who’s executed successful tours of duty in law firm records departments, John Zahradnick has been called the “MacGyver” of Information Governance.
John applies a unique mix of IG expertise, perspective, and best practices to design practical policy, process, and technology solutions for law firms. And he brings the project management and technical skills to effectively implement that change in real-world environments. In short, John gets his hands wet owning the execution of the solutions he designs — so there’s no gap between theory and practice (or accountability).
He’s up for the most complex projects and welcomes new challenges. RMS upgrades and swap outs, complex IG solution/process integration efforts, DMS implementations, tough data governance and data quality/cleanup initiatives, customer BI app development, and more — are all well within his wheelhouse.
When you engage John to build and deliver a solution, he’ll work to design a “right sized” fit for your firm. That fit typically includes a mix of policy, process, and technical implementation — thoughtfully rolled out, with the appropriate levels of training, user acceptance testing, and change management.
Through all of this, he also brings the latest best practices and recommendations to the table, including approaches for integrating client guidelines and internal policies directly into the fabric of process execution, and automatically capturing data and metrics that enable new levels of reporting on efficiency and compliance.
