New Case Filing Intelligence Webinar

Friday, March 12, 2021

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM PST

Timely information about case filings lets firms more actively and consistently pitch services to existing and potential clients — particularly in those “ahead of service of process” situations where clients are not aware they are subject to new legal action.

However, traditional approaches to filtering, finding and forwarding those proverbial needles-in-the-haystack for lawyer follow up tend to be heavily manual and cumbersome at best.

We’ll demonstrate a fresh approach to managing new case intelligence, alerts and engagement — in the latest installment of his popular “Data, Data Everywhere” series of webinars.

InOutsource will show how its New Case File Intelligence software aggregates third-party feeds of Federal, State, and international court docket and filing activity. By automatically supplementing that with key data from your firm’s internal systems on existing client relationships, risk profile and financial details, you can deliver focused intelligence that leads directly to new business and measurable profits.

InOutsource implements insight for law firms, addressing a broad range of issues including business development, risk management, cost control, and BI/performance analytics.

Delivering both pre-built and custom solutions, the InOutsource Data and Analytics (DNA) practice leverages the Qlik analytics platform. This provides firms with a centralized, standardized path to greater levels of visibility and control — all accessed and managed through an intuitive, secure interface they can easily adopt, integrate into internal processes, and extend over time.
