InOutsource is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Specialist to support revenue growth through a blend of marketing, sales, and customer success collaboration. This role is pivotal in generating pipeline opportunities, identifying strategic projects through Hivemind support, managing Nectar trials to close deals, and potentially contributing to recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Generation & Sales Enablement
- Drive pipeline growth by identifying and qualifying opportunities through collaboration with Customer Success and Hivemind support.
- Manage and optimize Nectar trials to support deal closure and demonstrate product value.
- Support outbound messaging and follow-up for virtual events and campaigns to engage prospects and generate leads.
- Project Identification & Customer Collaboration
- Partner with Customer Success to uncover client needs and identify potential projects aligned with InOutsource’s offerings.
- Leverage insights from Hivemind and client interactions to surface strategic initiatives and opportunities.
- Marketing & Campaign Support
- Design and manage Amplemarket sequences for inbound lead generation and nurture campaigns.
- Assist in crafting compelling outbound messaging for virtual events and webinars.
- Coordinate all aspects of webinar planning and execution, including scheduling, speaker coordination, promotion, and follow-up.
- Content & Communication
- Collaborate on the development of marketing materials including emails, landing pages, social media posts, and sales enablement assets.
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar to ensure visibility across campaigns and events.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report on campaign and trial performance, providing insights to improve effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
- Support recruiting initiatives as needed, including outreach and coordination.
- Process Improvement
- Identify and implement best practices for campaign workflows, trial management, and project tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Amplemarket or similar tools for email automation and lead nurturing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and trial management processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign and sales performance metrics.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Reporting:
The Account Specialist will report to Jonathan King, Director of Revenue, and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
