InOutsource Partners with NetDocuments

PHILADELPHIA — October 5, 2020 — InOutsource, a leading information governance consulting firm, today announced that it has signed a new partner agreement with NetDocuments, the leading secure multi-tenant cloud-based content services and productivity platform for law firms, corporate legal teams and compliance departments. The new partnership will benefit NetDocuments customers addressing complex risk, compliance and information lifecycle management challenges, by providing them with access to InOutsource’s expertise in information governance (IG) and law firm risk management.

“A growing number of law firms undertaking digital transformation and information governance projects have been asking us to assist with streamlining how they configure and use NetDocuments from an IG point of view,” said Nancy Beauchemin, President, InOutsource. “Formalizing our working relationship with NetDocuments and leveraging our long-standing relationship as an implementation services partner for FileTrail enable us to optimize integrations between the DMS and the records management system, and help clients apply IG policies to their documents throughout the information lifecycle.”

Recognized for its extensive consulting services in information governance and risk management, InOutsource’s team of certified records managers (CRMs), technology experts, experienced law firm administrators, and skilled project management and implementation specialists, regularly advise Am Law 200 firms on their information governance, risk, compliance and analytics needs.

Dickinson Wright, an Am Law 200 firm with 475+ attorneys across 18 offices, worked with InOutsource on designing and implementing its folder structure across more than 40 practice areas prior to rolling out NetDocuments in February.

“By the time we went into lockdown in March, our attorneys had fully adopted NetDocuments, making the overall transition to remote working very straight-forward and smooth,” said Anthony Garza, Senior Director of IT, Dickinson Wright. “We received excellent feedback from many practice groups not only about NetDocuments, but also about all the careful thought and planning that had gone into designing and configuring the folder structures and workspaces, which we had worked on with InOutsource. We look forward to working with InOutsource again in the future.”

“InOutsource is a great addition to the NetDocuments partner ecosystem, adding further value to our mutual customers,” stated Reza Parsia, NetDocuments’ VP, Strategic Partner Management. “InOutsource brings proven insights and expertise into how organizations can structure governance policies, processes and data to streamline compliance.”
