Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing company. This role is critical in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace, attracting top talent, and developing our team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across employee relations, recruiting and professional development. This role will require a minimum of two days in the Philadelphia office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning & Professional Development
Collaborate with senior leadership and managers to identify capability gaps and emerging skill needs. Design and deliver tailored professional development programs that enhance service excellence, foster career growth, and build organizational capacity to meet both current and future client demands.
Employee Relations
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on complex employee relations matters, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and high-engagement workplace culture. Provide guidance on conflict resolution, organizational effectiveness, and coaching for managers to strengthen their ability to deliver consistent, constructive feedback to their teams.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Responsible for the recruitment of top talent. Work closely with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs. Develop sourcing strategies for recruiting. Coordinate all new hire tasks and onboarding.
Culture & Engagement
Design and execute programs that strengthen company culture, values, and community. Create feedback loops and recognition programs that reinforce engagement and belonging. Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Drive initiatives that improve internal communication, transparency, and connection
General HR Duties
Review of PTO time of employees. First line support to field questions regarding benefits and coordinating benefit sign up and presentations to InOutsource team.
Other Duties
Assisting Director of Finance and Administration with administrative duties including managing expenses, ordering supplies, and any other duties to facilitate smooth operation of the Philadelphia office. This role will require a minimum of two days per week in the Philadelphia office.
Work closely with Leadership to professionally facilitate on-boarding of new employees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR generalist or HR management strongly preferred. Familiarity with HR laws, practices, and employee relations.
- Experience in a professional services firm a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
