WEBINAR: Risk Roundtable: Driving Change — Overcoming Resistance & Building a Culture of Adoption

Change is hard—especially in law firms. Whether implementing new technology, redefining processes, or rolling out firmwide policies, success hinges on how well people adapt.

At this roundtable, a panel of risk, IG, and training leaders will discuss proven strategies for successful change implementation, overcoming common roadblocks, and fostering a culture of adaptability.

We’ll also explore how effective training and communication strategies help drive engagement, alignment, and long-term adoption across the organization.

If you’re navigating change at your firm—or planning for it—this is a conversation you won’t want to miss.

We’ll save time for audience Q&A, so bring your insights and challenges to share with your peers!
