VIDEO: Nectar Product Overview
This three minute video provides key highlights and capabilities of Nectar, our risk e-learning solution for law firms.
These are just some of the ways our clients describe our approach to addressing their risk management challenges. Our team includes attorneys, technologists, and policy experts — with significant in-house experience and a track record working with over 100 firms.
Our clients work with us because we provide much more than just consulting insight — we deliver the skills and resources to implement change in real-world firm environments. And we do this successfully and consistently because we design projects and build solutions to order, tailored to their specific needs.
Assessments, policy updates, peer benchmarks, and best practice guidelines are our bread and butter. But rolling up our sleeves — working collaboratively to implement new processes, new software systems, new reporting dashboards, new organizational models, and new resources for risk staff development and skills training — that’s our passion.
Whether you’re looking to tackle specific risk projects, or looking for guidance on how peers are navigating today’s challenges, we’re ready to connect, collaborate and contribute towards your risk insight and efficiency.
Advancing prudent policies and efficient processes spanning client evaluation, conflicts clearance, new business acceptance; addressing related risk and compliance workflows and reporting practices.
Formulating standards for reviewing and negotiating client instructions and terms of business, and effective approaches for advancing internal awareness and firm compliance across matter engagements.

Developing professionally-compliant policies and process checklists enabling effective management of lateral joiners and leavers — including lawyer evaluation, conflicts, and client file transfer.
Optimizing adoption and use of risk systems including DMS, RMS, Intake, Conflicts, Terms, and Audit Letters; deep expertise in data governance, and document classification, coding, reporting and integration.
Enhancing protocols and practices for classifying, storing, and disposing of client information, aligning policies with technology, training lawyers and staff, and addressing regulatory requirements.
