Eric Mosca, CRM, director of operations for InOutsource, has decades of experience in new business intake, conflicts of interest, and information management consultation. Specifically, he conducts comprehensive analyses of new business intake, conflicts, and records operations; develops policies and procedures; assists with documenting business and technology requirements and system selection; provides software development, implementation and testing; and oversees staffing solutions and vendor relationships.
Eric Mosca has been designated as a Certified Records Manager and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Temple University. Dave brings together a super-group of project managers, subject matter experts, and technologists as the strongest implementation team devoted to information governance software in the Legal industry: the Information Governance Systems Group.
He started his career at InOutsource in 2011, doing hands-on records management and information governance work, pushing dirty boxes down rows of dark dusty file rooms, researching obscure data sources and begging attorneys to get rid of ancient files. Since he knows the day-to-day struggle of working in an outdated records management system (RMS) firsthand, he’s made a career of implementing modern systems like FileTrail. As law firms increasingly focus on reducing cost and risk through executing on retention, Dave is the man to call to get the job done. He’s successfully deployed retention programs at large law firms and knows it’s a lot more complicated than simply throwing boxes in the shredder. The real work is building the list of eligible materials and gaining necessary approvals – a process Dave can help you automate. Physical and electronic data lives in every nook and cranny in the firm; Dave can help you locate and unify your data into one central repository with sufficient details to drive retention decisions.
Dave doesn’t want customers, he wants partners. While he has been in your shoes before, there is always something new to learn from every client project. Let Dave share with you the lessons learned and collected from the 50+ law firms (and counting!) he has consulted with throughout his career.
